Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us for assistance at contact@eternastar.com.
Excluded Areas
We do not ship to the following U.S. addresses:
- Remote areas (e.g., Alaska, postcode 99501–99950)
- Military addresses (e.g., APO, FPO postcode 96384)
- Overseas island addresses (e.g., Reunion Island, postcode 97400–97480; Guam Island, postcode 96910–96931)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 in the United States and over $100 in Canada.

Order Tracking

What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?
If you do not receive your package within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at contact@eternastar.com. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
